Sleeping Arrangements:
On Main Level – Two King bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; The Loft has 2 full sized beds and a full bathroom. The loft is ONLY accessible by a Captain’s Ladder and can ONLY be used for persons 8 years old and older. It isn’t advised for older adults either.

- $3850/Week
- Cleaning Fee $200
- Use of loft includes exta $200 fee. A cleaning fee of $150.00 for the main level and an additional $25 for the loft will be added to the total rental rate.

Awesome Home with Dock in Paradise
I wish I could give more than the top “5-star rating” for this property. Not only is the property represented to a T in the VRBO listing, the property manager was nothing less than “family” (she lives a few doors down), the way she catered to us during our stay. I loved the location being separated a bit from the daily noise and road/tourism traffic and makes you feel you are on your own island with immediate access to the Cay via your own small boat to cross the creek to get to town. We did have our own boat (26′ center console with twin 150’s) which was easily moored to the dock and accessible at low tide without a worry on the draft. We WILL return and will be sure to check the availability of this home during our next visit! Thank you Lynsey and Karen for the best trip we have had to the islands!

A truly unforgettable experience! This home is exactly as described and more. The location offers peaceful seclusion, away from the hustle and bustle, yet with easy access to the nearby Cay and town. The dock was ideal for our boat, and the property manager, Lynsey, felt like family, ensuring every need was met. A perfect getaway, and we’ll definitely be back!
